Do I need to pay shipping costs?

NO. We offer free and fast worldwide shipping on all orders.No border is too far for MONTEYA.

When does my order get shipped?

We try to process and ship your order within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code to follow the order to your front door. It is possible that this email ends up in the spam/junk folder. Therefore always check your mailbox. If you have not received the email, please contact us.
