Do you offer free worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.
What is your delivery time?
Netherlands & Belgium → 1-2 Business Days
European Union → 2-3 Business Days
All Other Countries → 3-5 business days
All orders placed before 11pm (CET) will be shipped the same business day.
How can I return my order?
If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 business days. Please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
If accepted, we will refund the whole order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

How do I pay for my order?
When you have added your favorite high-end eyewear piece(s) to your cart, simply click on Checkout and you will be directed to our checkout page. Here you can pay for your order in a secure environment once you have given us the asked information.
Which payment methodes are available?
You can pay for your order in our secured checkout system with your local payment methods. This includes: iDEAL, Klarna, ApplePay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Belfius, Sofort, KBC/CBC & Bankcontant.
When will my order be charged?
If your payment card or method is authorized, you will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed.
We do not charge (afterwards) fees for failed payment transactions.
My payment failed, what now?
If your payment was declined at the checkout, please check the following:
- All necessary information had been entered correctly.
- You have enough balance on your card or account to place the order at our website
If everything seems to be correct and it is still not working, please try paying with another card/payment method. If none of the above works for you, please contact us so we can look into this for you and find the right solution.
Orders
Can I change my delivery adress?
If your order had not been shipped already, we should be able to update your delivery adres, as long as the delivery country stays the same. Pleasecontact usurgently if you need to change your delivery adress.
Can I change my billing adress?
After your order has placed, we are unable to change your billing adres due to financial security.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Once orders have processed through our system, we are unable to change the order. This means that we are unable to add or remove items from your order. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Which materials do you use for your lenses?
Our lenses are designed with the highest standards to provide optimal eye protection against harmful UV rays. Utilizing advanced polarized technology, they offer superior optical clarity and effectively reduce glare.
Each lens is crafted to be durable, scratch-resistant, and heat-resistant, providing 100% protection against UVA and UVB rays. This ensures both clear vision and dependable protection for your eyes in all conditions.
Do you offer optical frames?
We do not offer prescription lenses at this moment. However, we will offer them in the near future so keep an eye on our eyewear.
Care and Maintenance
What is the best way to protect my eyewear?
To keep your eyewear in pristine condition and free from scratches, we recommend storing it in the soft pouch provided. This pouch offers an added layer of protection, preventing scratches and minor scuffs. For even more security, place the pouch in the durable MONTEYA box.
This combination ensures your eyewear is protected from drops and impact damage, allowing you to enjoy it worry-free, wherever you go.
What is the best way to clean my eyewear?
Clean your eyewear with warm water and a bit of mild soap, avoiding alcohol or solvents. Dry and wipe them with the included microfiber cloth to remove dust.
Avoid using other cloths to prevent damage. Always store your glasses in a protective case to keep them in top condition.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, at MONTEYA, we provide a 12-month warranty on our eyewear from the date of purchase. If your glasses arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. You can return them for a replacement with the original proof of purchase.
Please note, our warranty does not cover eyewear that has been altered, personalized, or damaged through normal use.

Do I need a account to place any order?
No, you do not need an account to order on our webshop. However, with your own account you can view old orders and the status of your current order.
However, creating an account is easy and can be done during checkout.
I forgot my password, what now?
If you have forgotten your password, press the "Forgot Password" button at the bottom of the login page to request a new password. If you enter your email address, you will automatically receive a new password. If you (still) have login problems, please feel free to contact us.
