PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

When you have added your favorite high end eyewear pieces to your cart, simply click on CHECKOUT and you will be directed to our checkout page. Here you can pay for your order once you have given us the asked information.

Which payment methodes are available?

You can pay for your order in our secured checkoutsystemwith your local payment methods. This includes: iDEAL, Klarna, ApplePay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Belfius, Sofort, KBC/CBC & Bankcontant.

When will my order be charged?

If your payment card or method is authorized, you will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed. 

We do not charge (afterwards) fees for failed payment transactions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Does MONTEYA offer worldwide shipping?

YES. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders placed at our official website. (www.monteya.com)

Does MONTEYA offer free shipping?

YES. We offer freeworldwide shipping on all orders placed at our official webshop. (www.monteya.com)

What is MONTEYA's average delivery time?

Domestic (NL & BE): 1-2 business days.
Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days.
Rest of the World: 3-7 business days.

When does my order get shipped?

We try to process and ship your order within 24 hoursof placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code to follow the order to your front door. It is possible that this email ends up in the spam/junk folder. Therefore always check your mailbox. If you have not received the email, please contact us.

My order is incomplete. What should I do now?

Please contact our customer service directly. Let us know your order number and the problem with the order so we can help you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Does MONTEYA offer free returns?

NO. The costs for the return of your order are for your own account.

How can I return my order?

We assume that you are happy with your new premium eyewear. If this is not the case, you can always return your order within 14 days of receipt.

We only accept orders that are in accordance with the terms set forth in our Return Policy. Please read with care.

When do I receive my refund?

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant item no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the message that you wish to terminate the agreement.

However, it must be possible to demonstrate that we have actually received the item in question or you can demonstrate that the item has been returned.

ACCOUNT

Do I need an account to place any order?

NO. You do not need an account to order on our webshop. However, with your own account you can view old orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done during checkout.

I forgot my password. What now?

If you have forgotten your password, press the "Forgot Password" button at the bottom of the login page to request a new password. If you enter your email address, you will automatically receive a new password. If you (still) have login problems, please feel free to contact our customer service.
